“I am on my feet 12 hours a day. I walk all day long, back and forth from one wing of the hospital to the other. By the end of my 12 hour day, my legs have gotten a great workout. You must remember to gradually increase the time you wear your MBT's, because it takes some getting use to. I started out with 10 - 30 minute walks and it took me about 2 weeks until I could wear them all day long. Be prepared to have sore legs. I am petite and slim, and I exercise regularly. But, the MBT's work out different muscles. And if you don't wear them for an extended period of time, you have to work yourself back up to wearing them all day. MBT's really do what they say, they work out your legs and glutes. It's not a pain free way of getting your legs into shape. It really is a workout.
The only problem I had with the style of my MBT's were that they were a little too narrow for my feet. Thank goodness for the adjustable strap!
MBT's are worth the money. Don't be cheap and buy the 50 or 60 dollar imitations. If you want results, you have to buy the original and use them right.”
