“I have six sets of MBTs. Great but ugly shoes. Not a fashion statement for sure. BUT, they have really helped my foot pain, the result of wearing "no support" boat shoes for years. Although you have to learn how to watch your step in MBTs because their sole height can result in a twisted ankle on uneven terrain, I am a big fan. Only those with extreme foot pain can understand. You might say they have restored quality to my life. I wear them every day even in the house.”
