MBT Walk Sport Shoes (For Women)

This is my third althletic type of MBT shoes. I also have Mary Jane and boots as well. My first pair heels were totally worn out. Once you get used to balance yourlself in the shoes you do not think anything of it and you can jogg in the shoes. I would not think any other shoes for my daily exercising.

It's comfortable.

This is a great shoe. Very comfy. I ordered my exact size--didn't go up a size or a half as recommended, and I think they fit great! I have small feet and short toes. I can really feel a difference when I walk for exercise. I love how they improve my posture and make me stand taller. I will be checking back to Sierra Trading Post for other MBT styles. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Shoe is comfortable but could have a bit higher arch support. And they definitely run a full size small.

I bought this for my mother. She's in her 60s and is having trouble with her knees and heels to the point that her doctor prescribed one of those giant boots for her to wear. I had heard about these MBT shoes so I decided to get her a pair. She loves them and wears them everywhere. In fact, she's thinking about getting some more (for occasions where sneakers aren't appropriate). I've read that these run about a 1/2 size large ... if you wear a 7, for example, you should get a 7 1/2. I did that for my mom and the fit was perfect.

very nice workmanship

I have hallux rigidus, a severe arthritis in the big toe, and am trying to avoid surgery to fuse the bones. These shoes seem to distribute body weight more evenly, so my toes hurt less. I have used them on an indoor track and on pavement. Could not wear them all day, but like them as exercise equipment. As a bonus, they force you to have good posture!

Will use for walking in Thailand every morning.

I wear them everyday to work now. They are very comfortable. The color is really bright, though. I will probably get a black pair for "dressy" pants.

I am a dog walker and do a lot of walking all day long. Before I purchased these shoes my knees and heels were really bothering me. Now that I am wearing these shoes my knees and heels are fine. If you are on feet your quite a bit, I highly recommend MBT's.
