    I have been wearing the MBT Sport model for about 6 months and can honestly say that my feet have NEVER hurt when I wear them, even if I'm on my feet 12 hours or more. I bought this pair to have to trade off with and was glad I bought a size larger. I can tell that these would be narrow if you bought your normal size. My sport is a size 36 and these I bought in 37 and the fit is about the same as the Sport 36 but the wave is a little narrower. I also wear these to workout in and they really do give you a workout. Be careful the first few times you wear them as they will make muscles ache that you didn't even know you have!

    I stand on my feet all day and have been looking for something with more support. These definitely make me stand & walk with better posture. The company recommends that you start by wearing them for short periods of time and then increase that as you get used to them. I second that! On my first day, I wore them at work for 11 hours. The next day, I was very sore! The claims are real, they really do engage your hamstrings, gluts, and core! World's smallest gym, I'll say! I'll get more, especially at this price. Not for the faint of heart, these will work you.

    I feel the idea behind these shoes is great and I feel they are right for a lot of people, but maybe the style was wrong for me. I have a narrow heel and an average width foot, these shoes rubbed on my heels, they felt pretty stiff and run smaller than normal. I probably will try another style where the heel can be adjusted. I am returning these, sure love the color!!! Charley
