MBT

MBTs have reduced my back pain like I never thought possible. I absolutley love these shoes. I have several styles and wear them everyday with everything; even when a dressier shoe would normally be worn, I have on my MBTs.

The first time I slipped into these MBT's I fell smooth in love! Almost like 'where have you been all my life'. They are all they claim to be and more. I've had more energy/stamina since wearing these shoes, have gotten more done around my house that has needed to be done for quite a while. Sounds strange but my overall outlook has improved! Who knew a pair of funny looking shoes could do so much. Get yourself some, you will not be sorry. I'm ready for more.

While the purpose of the MBT mechanism allows the feet (consequently the person) to rock/roll, I found the boot to have unusually good traction on the rocky trails of Big Bend. I did order a half-size larger (as I do with all my hiking/backpacking boots) so they fit just right going up/down steep trails.

Anything MBT makes is worth trying. I have had foot problems (plantar, splayed, metatarsal)that have held me back. These boots solve all those problems. The rocking sole is a little unsteady until you get used to it, particularly when jumping. But if foot problems have kept you back, buy these boots! Comfy - a-a-a-h!

After wearing these sandals I'm ready to throw out all my old ones. My feet used to hurt after walking more than an hour. Now I can go everywhere. The rocking motion needs getting used to, but the comfort is outstanding. I don't even need my orthotics. Soft leather, well made. Worth every penny!

This is a shoe design for those with foot, knee, or back problems. But it also encourages good posture and eases long walks for anyone. They take a little while to get used to, but they are worth it!

I am presently breaking in my muscles, not the shoes (they don't need breaking in). I wore them for a couple hours the first day, today for half a day and will continue to increase my daily usage to all day. New Year's resolution - lose weight and get in shape. The shoes can definitely get me into shape, but how do you pass up all those leftover Christmas cookies ?

These are great sandals. I have two pairs already and ordered the three color choices here. The price is PHENOMENAL! I considered buying the white after last summer, but delayed the purchase, and now I'm glad I did! I have a horribly bad back, and my Physical Therapist and Rehab doctors have recommended this shoe for my back health. It changes your stride to a smaller one, with much less/no impact to the heel. The 'heel strike' makes an impact all through your spine, and when you wear these shoes correctly, you will not make the same kind of stride. One of the few shoes I can wear without exacerbating my back pain.

I have very painful feet and knees after a days work standing. The first day wearing the MBT was unbelievable. I forgot my feet hurt. I love them. If your feet and knees are painful buy these shoes you won't go wrong.They are worth the money not to have painful feet.
