    I spend hours chopping and prepping tons of vegetables and this cutting board is a delight to use. It's heavy, solid, stable, never moves unless I move it, has a nifty catch-ring carved along its edge. The surface is smooth and shiny, its wooden pieces are locked together into a parquet design, and it cleans up easily. It would also make an excellent gift.
