Closeouts. It's impossible to sleep with freezing cold feet and your feet will love the silky, fluffy-soft warmth of these wool-angora bed socks from Medi Comfort.
Angora fibers are harvested from rabbits raised in Germany and offer even more insulating power than wool

Walking 4 miles with these socks without a thin liner sock made my heels hurt. The weave is too big, yet the holes are covered with the angora wisps. The little angora fibers do not pad the sock. Holding the sock up to light shows how big the weave is- seems like 1/8" holes. Walking on the socks presses this weave into the skin, like walking on nylon cord mesh. So it needs a liner. However, it is almost impossible to find 100% wool socks. Angora is warmer tan wool, and warm when it is wet. So these are warmer than 100% wool socks.

Great warm, soft diabetic bed sock if size fits - purpose is to be soft and warm. Sizing slightly differes between pairs. best used for sleeping only because walking around, even in house wears them out. Fabric requires careful handling when washing. Don't use electric dryer AND stretch out to size before air drying. - Socks pill -best NOT to walk around house in - wearing in shoes destroyed a pair.

The socks are nice except for the seams in the toe, there is a bunch that is not comfortable at the end of the seams, even trimed off it is still hard.

Answer
No- They do not itch at all.

Answer
I have not found them itchy at all. But like cashmere bed socks they are much more fragile than regular socks. These are very soft, but since not tightly woven, wear is biggest problem. If you wear up to a regular size 9-10 ladies only buy the larger size. The smaller one will not stretch up enough otherwise.

Question
“Are these only bed socks or could they be used as regular socks?”

Answer
They can be worn as regular socks and they are great for cold days! Just keep in mind two things:|a) These socks are quite thick so make sure you don't wear tight shoes! |b) The elastic band at the top is not very tight so they will probably roll down|Having said that, I've worn them with sneakers and snow boots and they felt great!

Answer
These are nice bed socks but when worn with shoes the heels wore through. Big holes.
