Melange Home Prism Cotton Blanket - King

We bought this for an Eastern King bed, it fit well which is often a problem. After washing on delicate in cold water and drying on low heat there was about 10" overhang from top of mattress on sides/bottom. It is perfect for a light summer blanket in our sub-tropical climate. We ordered the Latte, prior to washing noticed what appeared to be a stain on it, about 2-3 shades darker than main color. Took a chance, hoped it'd wash out but it turned out to be an issue with the dye process. It appears the dye had pooled in some areas resulting in a darker shade here and there over the entire blanket. I doubt this is an issue with all dye runs but would suggest looking the fabric over prior to washing and exchanging if this is a problem for you. It functions well, it just doesn't look "nice" as the top layer.

I plan to use it as a lightweight spread and as an additional layer for a chilly night.

We use this year-round. Under the down comforter in winter and with just a sheet in the summer.

Just what I was looking for in a light weight, summer blanket. Like the fresh "Honey Dew" green color.
