Mephisto Allrounder Azon Sport Sandals (For Women)

The Mephisto box was labeled 38 (Euro) 8 (US) . Every pair of Mephistos I own is a 39 and fits size 8, except for a pair (also from STP) which are size 38 and a bit too short. Bought two pair of sandals(Cudas) last season from STP; both boxes with 39/8 labels, standard Euro sizing. Bottom line: this is the second pair of Mephistos I've found to be short, because the size as stated in catalog was not the standard Euro equivalent. Conclusion: warn readers about Mephisto sizing in the catalog description.

Fits your foot like a glove. Reminds me of a berkinstock but much better. Not so low in the heel. Looks good, and feels great.

Bought these French-made shoes for a trip to Provence and Paris. Arch support is excellent; looks like they'll stand up to hours and hours of walking - both on city sidewalks and on mountain trails. Although I'm a size 7 U.S., I wear size 38 in European shoes; [...] What arrived was size 37, so I had to return and exchange for the larger size. [...]

The lining is suede and sooo soft on your foot. The instep and overall support is fabulous.

I really liked these sandals (the color was pretty, too), but they were a full size too small and a larger size was not available.
