I'm a size 7 in the Mephisto Naiade Sandals and in the Mephisto Carmina Wedge the size 8 fits exactly the same as the size 7 in the Mephisto Naiade Sandals. The Carmina Wedge is truly a Beautiful shoe and so soft and comfortable to wear. It absolutely does run a full size small so if you are a size 6 1/2 - 7, the size 8 in this style will fit perfectly.
