great, very comfortable everyday shoes

Comfortable for me, there is a toe ridge that may not work for some. They are well made and I have received compliments on them.

This is my first pair of Mephistos. The Mephisto Feigin Slides - Nubuck Leather, Peep Toe (For Women) are beautiful, comfortable shoes. These shoes are made of quality materials and show impeccable craftsmanship. They look very expensive in a subtle way-- European classic styling. They even make your feet look sleeker. I have fairly wide feet, and usually wear a 9.5 Medium with no problems. These shoes felt a bit on the narrow side, but since they are newbuck, and I've only tried them on so far, it's possible that they will mold to my width. If it weren't for the slightly narrow feel, I would have given them 5 Stars. Overall I would recommend them highly.

I always wanted to have a pair of Mephistos but they are normally way too expensive. As I bought this pair for a very reasonable price I can now enjoy them. They fit well, they are comfortable and what I like the most, they are very light in weight. The footbed is designed to provide a good support for your feet. I like them and I would normally wear them as part of a casual outfit.I will buy another pair of Mephisto shoes when the opportunity arises.

I hope you continue to carry this style of Mephisto which are dressier than the open sandals. It's unfortunate that Mephisto doesn't produce this style in other colors.

I purchased these shoes because I love the comfort of Mephisto shoes and thought this particular style looked very versatile for year-round wear in Southern CA. I was very surprised how incredibly small this shoes runs, but then noticed that it was only a European size 40. I checked all of my other Mephisto size 10's and they are all marked either a 41 or 42. I have no idea why this style was sized so small but I was very disapointed and had to return them. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be available in a larger size. My feeling is that this shoe equates to a size 9 to 9.5 in both width and length.

Love these shoes. I usually wear a size 7.5 but my foot is on the narrow side so the equivalent size 7 fit me in this shoe. My mom has had a pair for over 10 years which she wears traveling. I plan on doing the same!

I will be using this daily. I do wish that a wider width shoe will be offered, too, in the future.

These looked great. Definitely run small and have a ridge across the footbed at the instep. This was very uncomfortable, but it could have been exacerbated by the small fit. I usually wear a Size 8, Euro 39. I ordered these in 8 and the box said Size 8, Euro 38. I sent them back and didn't bother to try to size up because of the ridge.
