    I was looking for shoes because my feet hurt. I could only wear my running shoes if I wanted to be comfortable. I was hesitant to spend so much on shoes but these shoes are worth every dollar. I can wear them all day and my feet do not hurt. I even went dancing in them and my feet did not hurt. I will buy more Miphisto shoes.

    Although these shoes are a half size too big, I keep repurchasing them!! They are the grown up version of french mary janes and I take them traveling everywhere. I wear them on the plane with comfortable leggings, then switch to a dress for a more formal look. As a dentist, I control a lot of equipment with my feet. The heal leather does break down, but I put them to the test. Nice,durable,quality shoes !!

    These shoes were comfortable right away. I like the cut and the style. Great deal on Mephistos--still pricey but worth it. They're definitely not patent leather, however.
