Mephisto Nabrissa Sandals (For Women)

I love mephistos and would have rated these better except for 3 things - they did not come in an original mephisto box, the labeling on the sole of the shoe is faded (possibly worn?) and there is a minor wrinkle in the leather strap on top. But they are comfortable and look very nice, so I am keeping them. The price is right - possibly seconds?

It seems to run small, since I normally wear a 39 and that feels too tight. Also, the size 8 listed is a 38, not a 39 like I was expecting. Mephisto makes amazing shoes, though, so I'll be trying once more with a 40. Here's hoping!

Mephisto makes some of the most highly rated and well crafted shoes anywhere to be found. When I first took these out of the box, my first thought was that the upper leather was definitely going to be too stiff for comfort, but as soon as I put them on, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased at how great they felt, not stiff at all somehow. I don't know why the size is so off, I wear an 11 and these definitely fit like a true 11, though they are marked as a 12 (who even makes or wears a size 12 shoe?!?) but STP noted that you should size up, so I knew they must 'run small' and thought I would give it a try - glad I did! So it is safe to go up 1/2 to a full size up. Especially with the huge discount, it is such a luxury to have beautiful shoes of this quality that fit like a dream.

These shoes run small. The leather was not soft like typical Mephistos and the styling was very ordinary. I returned them.

very nice shoe if it fit. The size 5 was more like a 6. Had to return.
