It is something I hope to use jogging in the rain and snow

Though they were a tad bit too big for the size, I didn't return them. I figured I would just where a big pair of winter socks. They seem very comfortable, and aren't too stiff or loose. I do like the tread which helps out in the snow and ice. I was dissapointed that this winter has been mild, because I would've liked to have used them more. Otherwise a great pair of snow boots

Great boots, great price yet I sent them back because they were too stiff at the ankles and I don't want to have to wear them in just to find they won't loosen up.

Merrell make a great product & they never seem to disappoint me. They fit true too size. I wore mine with a lightweight wool sock & stayed warm. The zipper is great for easy on & off. The top part is narrow sound your leg. I only tested them in slush & light snow, due to mild winter. Does have a rocker moment but comfortable. If you like Merrell shoes you'll like the boot! I gave 4 stars b/c I couldn't test them out in snow yet & that was my main reason for buying them.
