    I wear them for my morning workout, they are light and breath well plus flexible. Great for foot support while jumping rope, hitting the heavy bag and wieght lifting without the bulk of running shoes. Merrell seem to run about half size smaller to me but width is perfect.

    I bought these for a trip to Turkey and Greece where I'll be doing a lot of walking and need a light, comfortable pair of shoes that still look presentable with casual wear. Nothing worse than a dorky American in running shoes! The fit is just slightly long, but not enough to warrent a smaller size....order your regular size.
