Reviewed by Schuby from Louisville, KY on Wednesday, February 06, 2013These will compare similarly to other casual shoes, but don't expect the same snug fit that you may have from other Merrell Barefoot lace-up shoes. The slip-on shoes really make you appreciate the lacing on other Merrell Barefoot shoes. Because of this, you may want to order 1/2 size smaller than you normally would. I had to drop 1/2 size from my other Merrell Barefoot casual and trail shoes. If you are just looking for casual shoes, I would recommend the Merrell Barefoot Life Reach Glove shoes with laces instead.

Question “Two things.||1) I see no sizing notes, but I'm still concerned about whether 10 or 10.5 would be best since I expect to wear these both with and without socks.|2) That small height heel and sharp V at the heel opening of the shoe looks like it might easily cause blisters. Has anyone taken these for a "test walk"?”
