Great looking shoes. Have not run with them yet but have worn them casually around the city. Light and snug fit.

I was born and raised barefoot at the beach. Shoes and sandals that help revive that feeling are welcome by me. Support is good. Promotes exercise of foot muscles in a great way. Lace/support control is great. Some care needed to get it right.

Great Barefoot design in typical Merrell fashion. This is my second pair behind the Bare Access. I decided to break them in by running eight miles, and I will say, the intimacy with the road was amazing! However, They are not road runners, and if your forefeet weren't already callused, they will be after you log some miles on 'em. I purchased them for trail, road, and gym versatility. I think I'll just wear them on the trail or in the gym.
