    I have owned may Merrells and have never had a problem like this. I have worn for a week with thicker socks to try to stretch out with no avail. I believe I have worn too much to return.

    I live in a rural area where surfaces I walk daily are uneven and sometimes rocky. Traction is as important as comfort. They seemed snug at first but kept them on thru the day around the house. As day progressed they just got more comfortable. Going to enjoy wearing these shoes!!! Thanks

    I really like these shoes for their comfort. In fact, I bought another pair shortly after I had the first pair for one week. However, after wearing these shoes for 6 months, the leather began to separate from the rubber on the midsole. This happened on both sides of the shoes. This clearly indicates poor workmanship.
