I ordered a half-size up because description said they ran small. Not small - Tiny! I exchanged for a size and a half up. After wearing them around the house for 2 hours, I liked the fit and decided to keep them. I then sno-sealed and put them in the sun. I believe that they shrank in the heat because When I next put them on, they were so small that they put my toes to sleep just wearing them in the car. I hiked 14 miles in them and now have (in addition to a blister), a bruised big toe. These boots are unwearable and I will return them. All of the hiking boots that I've worn over the past 20 years have been Merrells. I have liked their quality and fit. I hope that these boots are an anomaly in an otherwise fine line.
