Nice boots, but not for my feet

When I first tried these on they were very comfortable, but after wearing them around the house for about 1/2 hour, I had to remove them because they hurt my right foot, and I knew I'd be in agony if I wore them on a long hike because is pressure point hit on a sensitive part o my toe area. It's probably just my foot, as they seem very well made. I bought a pair of Asics gel (youth) and they feel like walking on air! I take a 6, but bought a 6 1/2 in the Merrel and Asics youth equivalent to a size 7. They have a wide toe box and are REALLY the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn....already hiked in them. I'm not a tennis shoe person, and these are pink and black trail runners...I don't like the way they look, but I forfeit the look for comfort . STP is my favorite store!
