Merrell Chameleon II Shoes - Web Leather (For Women)

I've been looking for a shoe that I could wear for walking over Exmoor in England. The annual 50 mile walk takes up Exmoor, covering 50 miles in a week and the week is always one of the hottest each year. I wanted a shoe that would support me, was comfortable and was like a sandal but enclosed my toes. I found just what I was looking for in the Merrell Chameleon II Shoes - Web Leather for women. The great thing about these shoes is that they look great and they perform well. They are designed with women in mind using the Q-form technology which supports women by taking into consideration that the angle between a woman's hip and knee is more pronounced than a man's. They are by far the most comfortable shoes that my feet have ever had the pleasure of wearing! The downside to these shoes is that there is a hint of an odour. I'm hoping that when these shoes really do get a work out that they don't let me down on the odour front. There is no ventilation for the footbed which is almost encased like wearing a trainer. So I fear they may well start to smell like an old pair of trainers over time. Another problem I have is that I have to by outfits that coordinate with my shoes (I must be colour coordinated). There are a choice of colours so choose your favourite!

same product last year did 3 1/2 weeks of heavy walking through vacation. Only drawback is VERY smelly feet at end of day

I am using these shoes everyday and with my living with a bum knee and in an urban environment, I need the best walking shoes around. They were immediately comfortable and are most stylish. I've had many people compliment me on my new purchase. They are also very versatile. I wear them with skirts to the university where I teach, with shorts to my son's baseball games, and pants when I go out to dinner. Get them now. You'll be very happy.

I had a pair of these before, and I wore them over two summers (only when it's dry and hot) until the heels were worn through. I searched a lot of sites to find them again. They're the most comfortable walking summer sneaker for mostly in-town walking. I don't like them for woods or beach - need closed-in shoes there.

These are amazingly comfortable. You would wear them all day and not get tired feet. Although they are vented, I find my feet tend to sweat...a small price to pay for very comfortable, good looking shoes.

Use for both causal and slip on shoe for real life and recreation. No break in period and the appear to be a great purchase.

These are the MOST comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They are for every day and hiking (with socks). they go with everything. The Q-form design makes them feel like slippers! These shoes are great!
