Merrell Encore Flurry Moc Shoes - Sheepskin, Suede, Slip-Ons (For Women)

I returned these. I have other Merrell shoes & I had hoped to get these cute black ones for wearing in colder weather as a second color choice (already have great brown ones). I was disappointed that they were so soft & lacking support. Not the hardier version I expected.

These shoes are adorable, and the fleece lining is so toasty warm. Unfortunately, I had to send them back, because my heel would slip out every time I took a step. I am guessing that they run large, and this was a size issues, but I'll never know - the next smaller size was already sold out. Couldn't beat the price, either - after returning these shoes, I looked on-line for the same thing, and was shocked that they were [$] or more expensive on every site!

Bought both a 6.5 and 7 in these shoes. They seem like a slipper with a hard sole. I have many Merrell shoes. I love my Merrell Chiller from a few years ago and thought these would be similar. They are big in the heal and slip up and down when walking. The construction seemed poor. Didn't think they would hold up to the snow and cold that is a constant with midwest winters. Sent both pairs back. Not for me..

I am a huge Merrell fan, and really like these shoes, which I wear while inside my house (like slippers). They are quite comfortable and warm; however, I don't feel that they are quite up to the normal Merrell standard of quality. The footbed seems thin and doesn't have the support of my other Merrell lined shoes. The leather itself seems a bit thin and flimsy, too. Also, since the back of the shoe doesn't have any frame inside the leather, it is a bit difficult to get on - the leather folds over - and I must use a shoe horn or finger to lever them on. One other note - I normally wear a size 9.5, and ended up with an 8.5 - these run really large.
