“Felt like a wooden clog”

“I had been looking for some casual shoes that were just a step up from sneakers. When I saw these online, I thought they really looked like what I had been searching for. Unfortunately, the moment I put them on my feet I knew I would have to return them. They felt incredibly stiff, especially on the back of the heel. Even just walking to my car from my house rubbed the back of my heal so much that it almost formed a blister. It was a discomfort/stiffness much worse than simply a case of having to wait for the shoes to get "broken in." They also were not very flattering...my feet looked really wide in them. Overall, I was very disapointed.”
