“I bought this jacket for travel purposes. It looks like it will pack down small, and is attractive enough not to look like backcountry gear. I wore it in a pretty intense wind storm a few days go, and was toasty warm. I was worried that it would be really thin, like some of the "light" waterproof jackets, but the fabric is slightly more substantial. It's not a thick or insulated as a cold weather jacket, if that is what you are looking for.”
