Merrell Shockwave Leather Shoes (For Men)

These shoes look a little different in real life to the photos I'd seen - they've got quite a wide lace pattern that has the tendency to make your shoes look wide. But that's not a biggy in my book. They're comfortable enough to wear, and are good value for the price (I did get them on a super special, nearly 30% discount though...)

These shoes are a prime example of why Merrells are the only shoes I buy (unless I'm wearing a suit). Comfort supreme. Breathable. And people think they look cool. If you have to make a sudden dash to catch the bus (or a bicycle theif-true story), these will make the endeavor all the more palatable. Every time they retire a model, I get sad (no more suede Sprints!). What if there's somebody new in charge who's going to change things or cut corners? But every new model is just as great as the last if not an improvement. The world may be going to hell in a handbasket, but at least we have Merrells to sweeten the ride.

These shoes look nicer on the web and the leather color looks darker in the picture. Thought they would be stylish and be comfortable for daily use but do not like how they feel or look. I would return them but I trashed the box and tried wearing them for a day at work

My lovely wife and many of the ladies at work noticed my new shoes right away and knew that they were dealing with a dude who has style and seroius savoir faire. Get these shoes and get noticed.
