sizing is a half size small, they are warm,water proof and comfortable. the tread grips well and resists clogging.

I wore these climbing eight of the New Hampshire 4,000 footers in February. I wore two pair of SmartWool socks so I ordered up a half-size and had plenty of room. I only wore these a few hours before the hike so my ankles got a little sore since the boots were still pretty stiff but overall no problems. I usually have pretty cold feet but my feet only got a little cool when we were sitting still for long periods. Temps were around zero with lots of wind. Worked great with strap-on crampons.

Buy these or you'll be bummed in the snow, or mud, not to forget jobsites.
