Merrell Winterlude Zip-Front Boots - Waterproof (For Women)

Great for snow, easy to take on and off. Totally Waterproof. Zipper got stuck once but has been ok since.

These are very comfy and warm boots. Zipper seems to stay up if you give it a little extra nudge up at the top. Only complaint is that without laces to tighten, these are a little loose around the ankles for serious hiking/walking. Fit true to size - I'm a 9 1/2 to 10 and the 10 fits perfectly with thick socks.

I had read a review about getting a size larger and that is true. If you like wearing bulky socks get two sizes larger.

I had read reviews discussing the sticking zipper. Then my pair did just that. The zippers seem vulnerable, but so far so good

By judging the reviews one might not choose these boots. I took my chances and liked them. Ordered a half size larger. They're great!

I want to be able to get out of an into comfortable, warm and water proof boots before struggling with ski boots. These fill the bill and the tread works well in icy parking lots. They are exceptionally well constructed and look good too.

I usually wear 8-1/2 but sometimes wear 9. Since I had the Merrell Thermal Arc boots in 8-1/2, I took a chance and ordered these in that size also. They fit fine; I did not need to size up. I have had no problems with the zipper and find these boots very easy to get in and out of. They are comfortable and warm, as I was expecting. However, I think they are cuter in the picture than on my foot. They have kind of a sneaker look from the top. Not as cute as my Thermal Arc, but I'm glad to have a second pair of warm, waterproof boots in black, anyway.

Order at least a half size larger than usual.

Very comfortable shoe. Shoe size a little tight for actual size, always order half size bigger.

Zipper needs to be zipped a couple of times to loosen it up before it works properly. I advise you do this BEFORE you put the boots on.
