Exactly what you'd expect from Metolius. One of my two originals is now on "permanent loan" to a friend and still reliable. Looking for more of the same from the new one. These things loves small cracks.

I've used this small Metolius cam to protect both granite and basalt cracks while climbing in central Washington state. It securely held a short fall when placed as my first piece of pro behind a horizontal flake on a route near Leavenworth. Glad it did.

Awesome Cam - I have a full set of small metolius TCU's and Powercams. While I'm partial to BD camalots when it comes to larger sized cams (C4 and up), the rubber insert on the stem of BD's C3's are often wider than the compressed cam limiting depth of placement. CCH Aliens and Metolius TCU's don't have that problem and they're both cheaper than camalots. The only issue I have with these cams is their tendency to jam. The smallest bit of sand causes the lobes to stay retracted. A bit of chain lube ususally cleans it up well.

Just another solid product from metolius made in Bend OR, NOT China like BD cams. This cam is usually the crux protector on technical thin cracks for me. Great product.

Metolius cams are quality products that hold up in use. I've used the TCU versions extensively as well as some of their Fatcam units. The size 0 is a very small piece so it needs expert placement in good rock to be secure; when you need a small cam you'll be glad you have it.

Perfect for tiny horizontal cracks. Bomber fitting but I wouldn't want to take a 15 foot whipper on it. Back it up if you don't plan on placing pro for more than five feet.

Small pieces are necessary for many slim crack climbs and this piece fits the bill. I have already used it on several climbs and it is a great size to have on your rack.
