    These shoes are great. Unless you are lying down on the floor, watching me walk, you would have no idea that lying beneath these very traditional wingtips are a sole that is lightweight and comfortable, but still with a stable structure.

    I took the advice on the site and got 1/2 size smaller. The length was fine. The width was a little narrow so I used a shoe stretcher instead of going through a break in. They fit fine now. Very attractive and eye catching style.

    True to earlier reports, these things were designed for fat feet. I gambled and tried them because I have a very high instep, and thought they might be just right (often I cannot get into boots that aren't roomy across the vamp). But these were not ever going to be snug on my feet. Nice looking, good quality, but unworkable and returned.

    These are excellent shoes; I have now purchased two pairs, black and brow. However, Sierra should alert customers that they should probably order one-half size smaller than the normal American size. The first time I ordered when the shoe was on sale, the size was too large and I could not exchange it at the same price. I then had to wait for a second sale at which time I ordered the shoes one-half size smaller.
