After reading the reviews of these I thought I'd give them a try. My husband was very impressed with the amount of support they give and the comfort. He is very happy with them. Fits at actual shoe size rather than having to go 1/2 size up as some shoes require.
I love the price for these shoes. It has been couple of months and he says they are still comfortable and supportive. My husband thinks they are great stability shoes with descent cushioning, light weight and flexilbe. I liked that they are sharp looking too. These are the first pair of Mizen’s that I have bought. I would Definitely buy them again. -

That shoe felt 'squishy' and soft, and I couldn't feel the road and didn't have the ankle stability I need. I trained for and ran a half marathon with those shoes, then returned to the Mizuno Wave Legend 3. The difference was so clear! The Wave lets me feel the road, provides ankle stability for my over-pronation, and helps get me more off my heels on my strike.
The Inspire series always served me fine, but after about 350 miles they would always morph shape in the toe box. I've since learned that that's normal. I've tried lower heel rise and minimalist shoes, but never felt I had the support I need for my arch and ankles (after decades of soccer and rock climbing).
The Wave Legend 3 just works for me. I hope it works for you. -
