    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    This is a unique and pretty artisan sweater that is not bulky but very warm. However, the reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is because THIS SWEATER IS BEST FOR PETITE WOMEN. If you're tall or well-endowed then this will not work for you. I am 5'2" 34C and typically wear a misses' size 8/10P. However, the sleeves were bordering on the short side, and I was barely able to close the buttons with just a shirt underneath. I will keep it but wear it unbuttoned as a topper over a nice shirt or blouse.

    Fit was fine; it is less itchy than many wool sweaters, but still a bit itchy; warm, but not too warm. Some may consider the colors a bit odd (purple and brown and tan and peach), but it works well as a casual sweater.
