Closeouts. Naturally lightweight, lustrous and silky alpaca fibers weave ML Kessler's alpaca wool pullover sweater. Alpaca wool is warmer than regular wool, doesn't have a prickly feel, and is also hypoallergenic due to a lack of lanolin in the fibers.

    Warm but not comfortable. I read previous review that says it runs small or I order a size up. The chest is ok but sleeves and length are a bit too short. It is also itchy so I only put it on when wearing long sleeves polo underneath. I'm not sure if it's typical for wool fabric but I don't like how it irritates me.

    I'm a woman on the small end of the medium spectrum, and the medium fit me just fine, so I really have to wonder if this sweater is indeed "for men." The geometric pattern is nice for either gender. The yarn is quite a bit softer than sheep's wool and not bulky at all. I tried the sweater on over a silk base layer and it trapped body heat extremely well.

    It was veeery small, so I gave it away to my tiny girlfriend who was very happy with it and used on her travel around Europe. Then when she came to visit me she didn't need it anymore and gave it back. Now I am giving to my tiny uncle in return for the things he repaired in my house while I was gone. But a nice sweater it is!
