    winter weather here can change dramatically across the course of a day, this year we've gone from sub-freezing to 70°F in a day, making it difficult to know what to wear that works inside as well as out ... this sweater handles the transitions gracefully ... it keeps me warm when Ineed it to and yet I don't overheat when they forget to change the air at work ... other than it lacks pockets it is a comfortable sweater that has become a daily staple this winter

    I wanted an alpaca sweater to wear at home, but wanted to spend as little as possible. This sweater filled the bill. I would have preferred a color other than brown, but that's all that was available. Since I plan to wear the sweater at home, the color is not an issue. It's a nice style, and very warm. I wish it had at least one button, but it fulfills its purpose even without buttons. Overall, a great buy.

    I got a couple of these earlier this year and raved about them to my older sister. She asked if I could find one for her in her size. Found it, ordered it, and sent it to her knowing that it could easily be returned if it wasn't for her. She called and said she loved it and is so pleased with its warmth - which is why she wanted one. I love alpaca - it's a great fiber.

    I have never tried an open cardigan before. I love alpaca and I like this brand. I don't think this style suited me.It fit in the arms but didn't drape right. Maybe someone with smaller hips will look better in this one. It just wasn't flattering on my 5'1' Muscular yet pear shaped body. I sent it back.

    I am very happy with this alpaca sweater. I travel for my job & it packs lightly. I love alpaca as it is warm, soft, lightweight & water resistant. The length is good for me but it has an unusual shape on the bottom that hugs the behind. If you don't need accentuation to this area, I would avoid this. It is a wrap, there are no closures.
