Nice uniformity, all wool, thicker design adds cushioning. For us, these rugs are meant to get a lot of use and they look like they will last (as opposed to thinner oriental-style rugs that seem less durable).

Reviewed by WNY gal from Western New York on Tuesday, May 07, 2013I am very happy with the Sage Momeni Sedona Collection. I ordered the 8 x 11 as well as the 3 X 5 (approx.) I have gone back and purchased a 5 X 8 to complete the living/dining room area. The Sage color comes close to the representation on my computer screen...a soft, blue hued green. The brown color is more of a brown and less of an olive. It does have variety in the brown that is subtle and adds to the depth of the rug. The overall effect is very restful.

Used at the base of a chair where the dogs like to lay/sit and get petted for traction on the wood floor (otherwise they sit and their front paws will kind of start to slide out from under them). It is really nice for the price I paid, just about the same as the Lowes one. Much thicker, and of course it is wool so will hold up well. Definitely will consider Momeni as a brand if we need more rugs in the future.

It made me nervous, since you can never be sure about color (and imagine how much it would cost to return such a hefty item), but the gamble paid off. The quality is terrific, and the muted colors are beautiful and unusual. Since there is variation in each color, this rug could go nicely with many color schemes, from lightly tinted to darker shades. (It almost has a tea-stained appearance.) Our bedroom has light mint walls, a sisal colored wall-to-wall, cream bedding, and touches of sea blue- and this is perfect in there. A plus is that my dogs' fur will be nicely hidden between vacumings!
