Mondaine Globe Clock

A gift to my wife for her office. She adores the clock and me!

I love this little clock. It is cute as a button. About the size of a tangerine, the clock may surprise some by how tiny it is given its original price. Despite its diminutive size, it is quite visible and, so far, keeps very good time. By the way, it arrives with a battery already installed.

Great clock for desk at work - professional and sporty looking, about the size of a clementine. Only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the clock itself is a little unwieldy to remove from the silicone base to set. The instructions indicate not to use a metal implement to get it out but a nail file is all that worked for me (tried toothpicks, etc.). Once the clock is removed from the base, the stem is a little tight and it doesn't pull out far enough to make it comfortable to set. Minor complaints so all in all a great, reliable Swiss clock. A very good buy as always from Sierra Trading Post.

Thought this would make a nice office desk piece. Sleek design but the clock winder is hard to get to and this one was impossible to wind. Probably a manufacturing defect. I had to send it back for a replacement.
