“What a fantastic everyday watch”

“This is such a fantastic easy to read timepiece. It keeps excellent time, and is all Swiss made. The leather strap feels pretty rigid at first, but softens up after a good break-in period. I choose this watch over the 75-year Glacier Express model because it had the day+date on it, and since its an everyday watch...that feature is important. This model also has luminescent hands, which the Glacier model doesnt. And lastly, the face is bigger on this model too. The description says that the watch has day in both Swedish and English. This is not true. The day is in FRENCH and ENGLISH. Pretty cool regardless, considering most bi-lingual day watches are in Spanish. Buyers should know that there is no documentation that comes with the watch. There isnt even a case for it. It was shipped to be in a tiny bubble wrap sleeve in a mailing envelope. BOTTOM LINE: This is a great everyday watch that is functional, looks extremely European, and performs like the Swiss timepiece it is.”
