“Pretty but too lightweight”

“This coat was not as I imagined. It is way too lightweight to wear in Chicago winters. Also, the sleeves not only are elasticized at the wrist, but there is an extra elastic above the embroidered cuff--I guess to make the embroidered part "puff," which I thought was uncomfortable. It is too tight across the back of my shoulders when I raise my arms. If the shoulders had been OK, I would have kept it, since it's cute and a bargain, but I am sending it back.”
