“Great Jacket...but”

“OK, let me start out by saying I've been shopping at STP for almost 2 decades. Love the service they provide and the deals you can get. But something I've noticed over time is that sometimes the deal's not as sweet as you'd be lead to believe, like in the case of this coat. Now, this IS a GREAT coat, but after much research I'm pretty sure it is NOT made by John Partridge, it's actually made by the Original Montgomery Co. They have a website, so you can see the exact coat, and at a lesser price...that's what really rubs me. STP says the coats's value is X and it's clearly much less. Seems to go against the business ethics they proclaim...So just felt I needed to get that out there. Summary, despite all that, I love the coat, I did get it at a good price with the 30% off coupon and free shipping, and it's exactly what I was looking for, despite the fact that I could have gotten the same coat WITH a lining, directly from the manufacturer, for just a bit more. For me, 6'1", 190, the 42 was good; sleeves only about 3/4" to long, and room for sweater underneath if you wanted. All in all, glad I got it, but STP, keep it honest!!”
