“I really love these shoes, despite the criticism of shoe-snob friends. For the balance of having comfort and a touch more support under the heel, these are the best shoes I've owned (out of 6 pairs). The rubber is good and sticks really well. The fit is comfortable for an hour or more even though I bought a 42 and my normal street shoe is a 43. I wish I could find another pair in my size. For the money these can't be beat. In fact I'm considering paying more to resole them than I originally paid for them! I climb 11s consistently inside and 10s outside, and never blame these shoes for any problems. I have had OTHER shoes that I've consistently blamed for falls, so don't doubt these just because they're so inexpensive.”
