    I bought these for hiking on surfaces that need an extra-grippy shoe. Haven't had a chance to get out on a hiking trail in them yet, but they feel like they'll be perfect.

    So far, it seems like a comfortable pair. Almost looks like a climbing shoe but with a sneaker soles. I haven't had a chance to use them outside since I plan to wear them as an approach shoe to go to rock climbing spots outside in the summer.

    I am luck to have a narrow(ish) foot or the shoe wouldn't have fit. It does have great support as well and very light. I used them on a weekend hike in the mountains and they had great traction on dry and moist ground. I would recommend this to a friend only if I knew they had a narrow foot. Not good for those who need more width.
