    I am luck to have a narrow(ish) foot or the shoe wouldn't have fit. It does have great support as well and very light. I used them on a weekend hike in the mountains and they had great traction on dry and moist ground. I would recommend this to a friend only if I knew they had a narrow foot. Not good for those who need more width.

    So far, it seems like a comfortable pair. Almost looks like a climbing shoe but with a sneaker soles. I haven't had a chance to use them outside since I plan to wear them as an approach shoe to go to rock climbing spots outside in the summer.

    These shoes are so good for my ranch work that I've ordered a second pair for future needs. Here are the highlights: Durable toe, comfortable, sole that doesn't pick up every chunk of manure out there, great on rocks, easy to clean, OK for horseback, cute.

    Love these shoes. Had Merrel Approach shoes and wore them out, took a year to find these (after trying on 5 or 6 different pairs including Scarpa and LaSportiva and Oboz). This is my second pair to save for when the first wear out some day. These are great trail shoes and, as a structured shoe (stiff sole, firm hold on your foot, deep laces, good toebox) they are also great for standing for long periods - no back pain!
