“After ordering the same size time after time, regardless of the shoe model, this one came, and obviously, someone/something in production has changed the footbed sizing and overall engineering of these shoes. I am disappointed and will be sending these shoes back. At one time the fit and quality process from Montrail was very consistent. That aspect seems to have, or has, changed. These are the second pair of shoes that I am sending back in the last 6 months.”
