“These trail shoes are a great light weight alternative to hiking boots on rocky trails. The firm mid sole provides good protection from sharp rocks and the outer sole provides good traction on rocks even when wet. The extremely stable footbed makes you less likely to roll an ankle than with other sneaker type hiking shoes.”
