“felt comfy right away. I hike about 1 to 2 hrs. at time on trails and roads. I have been using them with my snow shoes in -0 temp. and my feet have stayed dry and warm. don't bother my ankles or rub the back of my ankles breaking them in! There was no breaking in to do. nice boot”
