I ordered a half size larger than I thought I needed but my toes were still curled inside. I returned them and re-ordered the half size larger. Theya re great...they really suction nicely to your feet. They almost feel like they are part of your body!

I was warned that they ran small. I wear a 7.5-8 womens (6 mens), ordered a 6.5 mens and though I kept them, they are still at least another half size too small.

I ordered these in the same size as my running shoes (size 43). They fit well on my slightly narrow foot. They are vey light, so I can throw them in a pack wherever I go. I find that the Gryptonite HT rubber is terrible stuff. I have the worst time smearing and heal hooking with these shoes. I have tried a side by side test and I find I climb at least one grade lower in my Montrails vs my La Sportiva Katana's or Evolv Pontas. These may be comfortable and cheap, but I can't help but think someone really wanting to learn how to climb would do better with a higher friction shoe.
