“Following the directions to bake the insoles and then wear the shoes for a while helps a lot with comfort. The arch remained prominent, but molded down noticably, and the toe area went from tight to quite comfortable. Those who like a flat insole should look elsewhere, but they work well for me on long, sometimes rugged days.”
