Moon 100% Cashmere Scarf (For Men and Women)

What a disappointment! I am familiar with quality British wool products, and assumed that's what I was buying here. This scarf, which I purchased in the red gingham pattern, was very poor quality. The colors ran together, and rather than a crisp white and red gingham, the appearance was that of a burgundy that had run onto the nearby beige... very shoddy and unattractive.

This was my first Moon product, but not my first cashmere scarf. I think that the Barbour cashmere is tops, with Johnstons of Elgin second and Moon third, but it is a close call. The Moon scarf is silky and soft and will please the person who purchased it or the person who received it as a gift. All in all an excellent scarf and a good value. (Note that the "MOON 1837" label is sewn on, but the "100% Cashmere" label has adhesive, and is easily, and perhaps best, removed.)

It's inexpesive, but not even worth the price. I didn't know cashmere could be so itchy. The look and feel of this scarf was disappointing.

The exquisite texture and feel of this warm, soft, elegant scarf was much nicer than expected for the price. Can be worn with the finest of topcoats as an accessory as well as a functional daily use scarf to keep the cold off your neck with any cold weather garment.
