“I wanted a jacket that was not to bulky and yet gave the warmth I desired. With the snow and ice still on the ground I wore this one morning to test it and was surprised by its warmth. It blocked the wind and I knew if it rained I would still not get soaked. This did the job. It does quite a few jobs for the price.
