“32" equals a relaxed womens size 10. Fit is tight in the waist, which is good because these are really really heavy and they wouldn't stay on my hips without the small waist. Very happy that the cut is more for a woman than for men. Very roomy besides the waistband. Lots of space for thermals. I will be using these for cold weather riding, but they would be good for any stationary activity. Great Price!”
