“I have to admit had I not trashed the carton, I would have retuned this item. It is much too rigid (no flexibility) and the handle for pulling it is USELESS. Why would a product be engineered with the best wheels I have seen on luggage and it is NOT PULLABLE.
(Go Figure).......”
